Godi Media Anchor Anjana Om Kashyap says Nida Khan is the main Mastermind and was a HR Manager. But Nida Khan was an employee and not HR Manager. HR manager was Ashwini Chainani, the HR head and operations manager of the company who was arrested recently. Ashwini Chainani is accused of discouraging a victim from filing a complaint ( Not Nida Khan as claimed by Anjana Om Kashyap in this video).

Someone made a video and gave it to the police. The police came and arrested everyone. Under which provision of the law can you arrest them, take them into custody? Article 25 of the Constitution grants the right to practice religion. They were simply offering prayers. They weren't bothering anyone. If someone is praying without disturbing anyone, why are you spreading so much hatred? Our Hindu brothers and sisters pray inside their homes. Everyone does. No one ever makes a video and uploads it. No one raises any objection against anyone. This is how you are displaying this hatred, that you will just arrest 12 people...The UP government should take notice of this...This is a blatant violation of the constitutional rights that we have. This is how the country will run..."
