Election Commission is the BJP, and BJP is the Election Commission. There should be no doubt about it whatsoever. A letter was issued by the Election Commission with BJP's stamp. After much furore, the Election Commission admitted the mistake and suspended the officer involved. But then, the same Election Commission sent notices through the Kerala Police to those who had shared the letter on social media. If the mistake had been accepted, then what is the point of notices issued to all? This is clear proof of a nexus between the BJP and the LDF in Kerala. What was the BJP's seal doing inside the Election Commission’s office? Is the Election Commission now issuing documents on behalf of the BJP? Why do all such so-called “mistakes” only happen in favour of the BJP? Whenever any tampering or error has been caught in EVMs till date, why does the vote always go to the BJP? I want to ask three questions first, which will make it very clear that the BJP is directing and using the Election Commission to damage India's democracy. ❓ Why is it that the CJI was removed from the selection panel of the Election Commissioner? What motivation could there be to remove the CJI? Do we not believe in the CJI? Of course, we believe in the CJI. Why is he not in that room? I sit in that room. It is a so-called democratic decision. On one side, PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. On the other side, the leader of the opposition. I have no voice in that room. What they decide is what happens. So, why are the Prime Minister and Amit Shah so keen on choosing exactly who the Election Commissioner is going to be? ❓ This is a devastating one. No Prime Minister has done this in the history of India. In December 2023, this government changed the law. They changed the law to make sure that no Election Commissioner could be punished for any action they take while they are Election Commissioners. Why would the Prime Minister and Home Minister give this gift of immunity to the Election Commissioner? After I shared a video in which TMC’s Sagardighi candidate Byron Biswas admitted that TMC candidates in Sagardighi, Farakka, Jangipur, and Shamsherganj are losing, he has now issued a threat, claiming he spoke “emotionally” and saying he will file a case against me.
