The Australian government does not deserve our trust, or our respect. Today, Minister Penny Wong sat back in her chair grappling for words, desperately looking for the right lie to tell. It is worse than dishonest - it is an absolute lack of care. Penny Wong came to this country when she was 8 years old. She came to a country that afforded her the ability to become who she is, and she is now doing her part to destroy it. Back in the 70’s, when she came, Australia was a fair-minded place and a great place to be. Yet here she is... Here in Australia. Undermining our country and lying to our faces. Because she can’t tell the truth. Because if she did, it would destroy any semblance of care for Australia tied to her old party’s Labor brand. It would say the quiet part out loud. The truth. The truth that the Albanese government is more interested in the fortunes of the ISIS brides, women who chose to leave this country to go and fight against our people, than those of us that can’t find or afford a place to live here at home. I am tired of being told how to think by people that completely lack morals and couldn’t care less. People that are elected and paid to operate in the national interest but always put their twisted ethics and back pockets ahead of our nation and our people. I don’t know when Labor stopped caring about Australian workers or worse, when they started hating Australia, but they have and they do. The absolute lack of opposition, the lack of authentic choice has pushed us into a place where these absolute traitors to the interests of the people who pay them - goes entirely unchecked. We are careening out of control, unchecked migration, an energy grid that is just about to collapse, no industry to speak of, and no good reason to start or maintain a business in this place. It happened fast, but those of us who pay our taxes and take risks to make Australia a better place, are being undermined and white-anted by our politicians. The people we are forced to trust, and must pretend to respect, because they have the force of law on their side. Not because they are any good at their jobs. Not because they have earned our affection. No. Simply because they are in charge and there is little to nothing that can be done about it. It is becoming apparent that the two party system has outlived its useful life. Too much corruption, too many words too carefully chosen in a pantomime between to political forces that don’t really want to change anything. They just want to have their go, to have their turn to jam their grubby hands into the till. Surely with this major and catastrophic failure by the so-called Honourable Minister Senator Wong, the people will be able to see through the veil and into the absolute and irresponsible lack of care at the heart of this deceitful Labor government. They lie about everything, and they can, because they don’t have an opposition worthy of the title. I am growing more confident by the day that the only solution to our woes is a new political force, a fresh, Australia first force, that will act in the national interest and put all these corrupt and useless used-car salesmen red and blue in the dustbin of history. It can’t come soon enough. Time is short. I just want Australia back.

This is the damage that a six-year-old autistic girl did to a classroom when the teacher told her no and try to discipline her. The teacher was suspended for three days. Was this a fair punishment to the teacher, or do you think it goes too far? I realize that this is a room splitter. I don’t understand if an adult in charge is not allowed to discipline an unruly child then what are they there for ..? Yes even if the child has special needs. What’s the right course of action here? NC State Linebacker Drill!🚨🚨🚨 This drill teaches the linebackers to not cross over when coming down at an angle. You have no power when your legs are crossed over. You should only cross over when the ball carrier is out of your range. Keeping a good base and staying squared is very important especially when you are taking on a big offensive lineman. It also teaches them to not double tap their feet when they are changing direction. Dig your outside foot on the ground and get out! Notice that they are all staying low and keeping their shoulders squared even when they are coming down at a 45 degree angle. NC State Football

in the wise words of taylor swift, “a man is allowed to react, a woman can only overreact.” they cut the camera to her while she was still in shock & she took a sip of her drink. that is not even a reaction. this whole situation has blown out of proportion throughout the media. you’d think things would’ve gotten better for women in the past five years since she said this, but that’s not the case. this has made one thing abundantly clear, women are not allowed to react when they are blatantly disrespected. even if they don’t react, they’re still overreacting, since there is this perpetuating stereotype that women are “dramatic & emotional.” she’s just sitting there trying to enjoy her night that she was attending because of HER accomplishments & the records she broke with her movie about her life-changing, record-smashing tour. yet, she was only mentioned once, only ten minutes in, to be devalued to her relationship & to poke fun at the ways the media has been tormenting her for years. you can not tell me that is funny. she’s been through hell throughout her career, she’s heard these jokes a million times—she’s over it. she shouldn’t have to laugh at a joke that offended her to appease anyone. personally, i’m extremely proud of her for not feeling it was necessary to be a people pleaser & laugh, which is what she typically would’ve done int the past. that shows growth, that shows that she finally recognizes her worth. she finally realized that she doesn’t have to put up being painfully disrespected. she’s allowed to think a rude joke isn’t funny, it just made her uncomfortable. if she looks uncomfortable, it means he crossed the line, regardless of if you think it was funny or not. it’s evident that this was an under reaction. she kept her composure & responded to the situation perfectly. however, even though she responded perfectly, she’s still getting tremendous amounts of hate for this. this makes it abundantly clear that men in this society will always have it out for women who are successful—especially when that success was created all on their own, since women are not allowed to be successful in their eyes. that is blatant misogyny, just like the joke they think she is a horrible person for not laughing at. of course they think the joke was funny, they’re a bunch of misogynists themselves.

seriously, after all this, there are still people criticizing alya for saying that if he doesn’t do it, she will marry enver so that she can get the child out of the country? what better option could that woman possibly see when she is cornered, weakened, destroyed and pushed to her absolute limit? is she threatening him with some kind of romantic marriage? she doesn’t even think she will get out of prison. this is simply the only means she sees to save her son from being raised in the hands of a ruthless and manipulative murderer and her little lapdogs, who are never capable of standing up to her or setting any boundaries. they have pushed her to such a desperate point and left her with no options, and people still blame her… the complete lack of empathy and mercy is exactly like sadakat’s, incapable of seeing everything they are putting this woman through and only ever blaming her for everything. and the worst part… cihan completely destroyed this woman’s trust in him. for weeks, he went out of his way to make her believe that there was no love left, that there was only anger, that he was no longer the man he used to be, that she couldn’t trust him because he had taken her son away from her and was using him to threaten her. and now he screams at her when she is at her weakest, while expecting alya to suddenly trust him and allow her son to be raised alongside the woman who hates her the most, has hurt her the most, and may even be behind this trap… absolutely heartbreaking, i can’t feel sadder for her 💔

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.

I felt sad seeing the 90 year old Duke of Kent being ill-treated, excluded & humiliated like this. This is an old man who is literally working to his death on behalf of a family that doesn’t care a single jolt about him. Watch how they all stand on one side leaving him out there by himself. He tries to interact with them and they completely ignore him as if he doesn’t exist. This is elder abuse and shows the cold institution that is the royal family.

Many of you are wondering how Korbessa handled Toto, Natibu, and Mwinzi’s graduation to Ithumba, especially given her close relationship with Toto. We are happy to report that she is absolutely fine! Korbessa has lots to keep her busy at Kaluku: a whole herd to lord over, a tiny orphan to nanny, and her new bestie, Lamuu, to hang out with. Elephants are incredibly intelligent creatures and we really believe that the orphans understand what graduations are all about. There is usually an adjustment period after a move, but only a brief one: the orphans seem to know that their friends are okay and have just moved on to a new phase. She is taking a massive risk to smuggle this footage to the outside world because she needs the international community to understand the reality on the ground. Her message is not a symbolic plea. For her, and for the millions she represents, this is a tactical necessity for survival. She is showing the world that peaceful protest against this regime is an impossibility. The objective reality driving her demand is clear. Since the uprising erupted in December 2025, the state's violence has been absolute. Security forces are documented repeatedly opening fire with live ammunition directly into unarmed demonstrations, and tens of thousands of civilians have already been killed. The Iranian people are facing an apparatus fully willing to execute its own citizens to retain power. They are not asking for foreign boots on the ground. They are asking for the basic means to defend themselves against a systemic slaughter. She risked her life to bypass the blackouts and get this video out. The world needs to confront this reality.
