For this I developed my own node system in hoodini, hundreds of hours of development and testing. When the sperm touches an object, it first hardens and then becomes liquid, it should have been beautiful, but unfortunately I missed a lot + too slow

I made it there already; that was my goal. My dream wasn't to do like... I mean, I wanted to do good programs, and I did do good programs. But I was like, "This is it. Post on Monday I did Dips today and push-ups and handstands against the wall though and I did crawls as well and honestly I feel like dog shit I did not sleep all weekend. I eat a huge cheap Saturday dinner and a huge treat Sunday lunch but it did not help with sleep. It did not help with work out. It did not help with fullness as in my muscles don’t look full at all. You mean I did not explode. I’m just tiny as well. My weight went out my body fat went up I mean silly it’s like groundhog week always.

NOTHING BUT GOD. 7’4.25 (2.24m) I am so thankful. After clearing this bar I felt an unreal feeling that I have never felt in my life. I collapsed to the ground, cried out and let so many feelings release from my heart. The pain, joy, frustration, love, dedication, disappointment. I could not contain myself. I looked up to the sky and Thanked God. Luckily I had my teammate TJ there to pick me up in a moment I could not leave the ground. • My starting height was 6’3.5 (1.92m) I jumped 14 times but, cleared 7’4.25 on my last attempt. In the past I’ve always struggled on 3rd attempts, but this time I stared it dead in the face and smiled as I started the clap. I’ve always wanted to jump higher, and I’m so glad I did. Thank you all for the support but my story does not end here. Blessed beyond belief. • Ranked 1st in the NCAA Ranked 2nd In Auburn History New Personal Record of 2.24m (7’4.25) #WarEagle #TrackandField

For the past 3 hours, I have not heard a single noise from gunfire or explosions, and 🇵🇸🕊🌿#Gaza is experiencing a level of peace we have not felt for so long now. We don't know what the coming days and weeks and months will bring, but this peace is so meaningful and so beautiful. All we can hear is people and birds and it is the greatest gift I could have asked for. I have tears in my eyes as I write to you. Of course, we are anxious that this will not last, but the hope is so strong now, and living and surviving this nightmare seems like it finally could be possible for us. I want to thank you, my friends. Not only did you stand by us and many other people with your kind words and generous donations, but you fought very hard for us to survive and for this day to happen. We have lived through so much for two years, and I personally have seen and witnessed things that will scar my heart forever. Please pray that this could really be it, my friends, that we can finally live in peace. We can begin to recover and process the things we have experienced, and finally think about tomorrow as a real possibility, as something that could really happen for us all. Q: becky, please tell us about preparing yourself for the hyrox competition! 🧚‍♀️: it happened so unexpectedly, actually. i didn't think i'd have time, but as soon as the team was set, i was like, okay, why not? i had seen it trending for a while, so i thought, okay, let's give it a try. but when i actually did it... 1k on the ski erg was not easy at all, and 1k on the rower wasn't easy either, though rowing was easier than skiing. with the ski erg, my arms were aching. everyone would probably say my posture was all wrong! to be honest, i wasn't really good at it, but i wanted to try and push myself with things i'd never done before. training with so many people was fun a totally different vibe and mood. i tried my best with running because running is the most exhausting part for me. i tried to push as hard as i could. rowing was fine, i could manage that, but running and skiing together... because you have to run, then ski, then run again, then row, right? running really takes it out of you, i think. #beckysangels‌
