I think all the insurance companies cancelled all the policies as soon as they heard that the fire department had their funding cut by $17.6 million. There's definitely more to all of this though, for sure.

Don't forget also the Olympics and the World Cup are coming to America! Wouldn't it be GREAT to have 1 more lane on the Pacific Coast Highway? Some nice hotels and resort's? That property will be sold for pennies on the dollar just like they are trying to do on Maui.
