Manhattan: West 34th Street & Broadway, a 26-year-old woman was assaulted on Tuesday after boarding a northbound M train. According to police, the woman was entering the train when an individual suddenly spit in her face. The woman began following the individual while recording the encounter. During the exchange, the individual turned and struck her in the face with a closed fist, causing a laceration and blending. According to the NYPD, outside of Gracie Mansion, at 11:00 am est two protests, one initial and the other a counter protest, took place. During this protest an individual identified as Amir Balat, lit and threw an improvised explosive device, fit with nuts and bolts at protesters that landed near NYPD officers and extinguished itself. After, Balat ran to another individual, Ibrahim Nick, grabbed another device and dropped the device without it going off. After examination from the bomb squad, the nuts, bolts, and screws, along with a hobby fuse were discovered. The NYPD claims that as of right now they do not know if any “energetic material” was included in the makeup of the devices. The NYPD says that there is no indication that the use of the devices is connected to the ongoing operations against Iran. The devices are still being examined and the investigation is ongoing.

According to Queens residents who were at the scene he NYPD took 45 minutes to respond to an incident where a man suffered multiple broken bones (serious injuries) after being assaulted by a gang of jackals and struck with weapons. Another man was also assaulted and his car was destroyed after being lit on fire, all of which was captured on camera. Watching Jesse Watters traffic in that language on national television - and then laugh when called out - was disturbing, and he must apologize immediately. This rhetoric is becoming far too normalized in society and there is no excuse for using this language with such a hateful history.
