This teacher is using Sharia law here, parent can't do anything. Majority of northern governor's refuse to sign child right bill, so children can be abuse. The LAUSD and the United Teachers of Los Angeles have a REASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT that includes sexual harassment, exposing students to sexual material, and failure to report suspected child abuse. California has mandatory reporting but the unions oppose it and are openly defying it. This why the administrators cover up the sexual crimes against children in schools, get convicted for failing to report, and not only get to keep their jobs, they get PROMOTED.
