Warnock: Poor people aren’t just poor because they don’t have. They’re poor because somebody took what belonged to them. They are engaged in Robin Hood in reverse. They are taking from the poor and giving to the rich. It is socialism for the rich.

@ZaidJilani The economic literacy of a child. Bless his heart. If you suck, it's because someone else is holding you down. What a horrific thing to teach to people.

@ReverendWarnock They are poor because of the choices they made. Warnock is an idiot.

Oh brother they're just poor because they don't have. This demonizing of others is unchristian as fuck.

There are people in the food service industry who are living off tips and barely getting by. Warnock voted to keep taxing those tips. Unsalaried workers are barely getting by but at least have the option to get overtime pay. Warnock voted to continue taxing overtime pay. Warnock always votes in favor of taking whatever he can from poor people. It’s why they stay poor.

Pardon me. Can’t take something away from people that they never had due to themselves getting in the way of their own success. Anyone in America can be whatever they want to be. But if you refuse to better yourself you will never be anything but poor. No one took anything from you. In fact we taxpaying Americans are the ones putting food in your table and a roof over your head.

ALMOST 50% of AMERICANS PAY NO TAXES. That man is getting paid $200K for LIVING EXPENSES to make political attack ads from the pulpit. Who is crooked?

When a bill was proposed to stop taxing tips and stop taxing overtime pay, Warnock voted NO. And now he has the audacity to acknowledge that the poor are being robbed and ask us to vote for him to stop it? You had the chance to represent us and stop the theft and you used your power to continue taxing us wherever you could.

The "reverend's" net worth has grown considerably while preaching this (from Grok) In short, his net worth has increased notably (roughly doubling in the higher-end estimates) since 2020–2021. The growth has come mainly from book-related income and asset appreciation rather than the Senate salary itself, which is modest relative to many members of Congress and lower than his earlier pastoral pay. Exact figures remain approximate due to disclosure ranges, and estimates can vary by source and year.Congressional financial disclosures report assets and liabilities in broad ranges rather than exact figures, so all net-worth numbers are estimates. Sources include: Quiver Quantitative estimates (based on parsed disclosures): about $1.4 million (mid-to-late 2025) to $1.5 million (early 2026).quiverquant.com A May 2025 New York Post analysis of disclosure records: roughly doubled from just over $1 million in 2020 to as much as $2.2 million in Earlier or other estimates (e.g., around 2023–2024 disclosures or sites like Celebrity Net Worth/Finbold/ValueWalk): often in the $800,000–$1.3 million range.valuewalk.comBefore becoming a U.S. Senator (he took office in January 2021 after winning the 2020–2021 Georgia special election), his net worth was commonly estimated at around $800,000 (Celebrity Net Worth, based on his campaign financial form) to just over $1 million, with one contemporaneous range given as roughly $555,000–$1.3 million. His main pre-Senate income was as senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta (reported around $200,000–$275,000 in some years, with 2020 earnings cited near $242,000 including other fees).celebritynetworth.comU.S. Senator base salary has been $174,000 per year since 2009 (unchanged through 2026 for rank-and-file members).senate.govThis is lower than his prior pastoral compensation. Outside earned income for senators is capped (around $30,000–$33,000 in recent years); book royalties and certain investment income are not subject to the same limit. His overall annual income rose substantially after entering the Senate (averaging roughly $660,000 in some post-2020 analyses, with peaks near $985,000 in 2022), driven primarily by:Book deals and royalties, especially for the 2022 memoir A Way Out of No Way (advance + royalties exceeding $1.5 million total across years, including large amounts in 2022–2023) and later children’s books. Continued (reduced/capped) pastoral work and related activities at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Investments, retirement accounts, and real estate (including a reported ~$1.15 million Washington, D.C., home purchase in 2023 while retaining an Atlanta residence).nypost.com

Bologna. Poor shaming.

I am old enough to remember this person using me as a political pawn and promising cheaper insulin. Thank God for Trump RX!

Stupid. Many are poor because they choose to be…. They like sitting home watching Oprah, getting SNAP , section 8 and FRED FREE FREE !!!! And I can think of 10 people I know right now who are welfare rats….

@ZaidJilani Just a flat out lie

Race baiting and victim hood. The Dems want this country divided and when the new DSA takes over minorities will mistreated badly. The DSA chapters skew heavily white and there is a reason for that.

There are 2 things working against the poor First, the government increases the money supply by $2 trillion every year for deficit spending, diluting the value of their pay faster than it can rise 2nd, they are competing for jobs and goods with millions of migrants, bidding with government money It's not billionaires; it is the people they sent to Congress

Instead of using his position to inspire people to work hard, make good choices, marry the person they are having children with, save, teach their kids right from wrong, stay away from drugs, stay out of gangs, follow the laws, and everything that Jesus Christ and his disciples taught, Warnock uses his pulpit to teach that personal responsibility isn’t important. He teaches it’s always someone else’s fault when you fail at life. He is selling a lie. There is a reason some people are successful— they work their asses off and make good choices throughout their lives. The book of Proverbs is filled with admonitions against laziness. Maybe he should read it!!!

Kinda crazy they talk about it now when the big take started in about 2010. Like this is new. Biden exploded it and now the people who took our livelyhood are now putting blame off so they can get elected to fix the problem. The same people that caused it.

Warnock could be an inspiration. A black reverend made it to the Senate. He could tout working hard, read, learn, stay in school, don’t join a gang, or sell drugs, steal, reject thug behavior. Get a job but Nope, he keeps them as victims You took their dignity Rev Sickening

He’s not wrong. Democrats and their low life friends continue to steal tax dollars targeted to help the poor and instead line their own pockets. Look at the unbelievable fraud recently exposed in homelessness, Medicare, hospice and daycare center programs. Until poor people wake up and stop voting in these lying democrats, Warnock will continue to be correct.

How ignorant

Victimhood is what has hurt blacks. Blacks need to take responsibility for their education, holding a job, and learning how to apply themselves to succeed at something.

Warnock belongs in a universe next door if he is serious. Talk about a charlatan.

How can anyone support this level of stupidity? The “ur a victim” mentality only helps #democrat and race leaders stay in power Wake up sheeple

He stands behind a pulpit as a Christain while he supports same sex marriage, abortion etc.... That is not the way of Jesus and the Bible I read

First Baptist Church of the Democratic Party Government is the religion. It's surely not about God for the False Prophet. Ebenezer is being used and led astray, and the congregation is OK with it. @ReverendWarnock (government "pastor")

Preach on, Brother!

Poor people don’t have any💩for “the rich” to take..

Says the wife-beater. People have what they have BECAUSE of how hard they did or DID NOT work to achieve it you stupid ass.

Dumbest blatant pandering I've seen in quite a while. An unserious person.

What did you take, maybe their weekly tithings while you LIED to their faces. GA deserves better than this moron.

False prophet

@ReverendWarnock People have agency. The infantilization of society needs to stop.

A lot are poor from no education and poor parenting.

Worse than his economic illiteracy, Warnock doesn't even know what money IS.
