There needs to be a new type of software. Not closed source or open source, but Open Org. The software is still owned by an organization, but the developers are more like Uber drivers. They can work on the project whenever they want and earn rewards for the value they create.

Warp was there before Claude Code. I used it many times to fix issues on my setup and It felt magical. Sadly I woke away as I did not want one more sub for a tool that I would use occasionally. Happy they come back again to the surface.
