Don't chase the salary, and better yet figure out a way to get away from a salary that someone else pays you

A higher salary means less personal time; and time is the only non-renewable asset that everyone possesses.

Becoming the person you admire daily..

A higher salary means less personal time. If we consider time as a kind of capital, the time investment made in pursuing salary has a significant diminishing marginal effect. It would be better to use the remaining time to build one's own wealth system, such as investing in wealth management or pursuing a second career.
