Appreciate the kind words from Warren & Charlie

In other words Warren and Charlie have no interest in advancing humanity. Technological improvement is tough and therefore requires risk. They only wish to make money without taking risk. Over the years I have watched Warren and Charlie closely. At first I held them in the highest regard but as time has gone the luster is completely gone. What I see now are dark and empty men. I find it sad and somewhat pathetic that even at this late stage in their lives, after accumulating wealth of epic proportions, they would not shift gears, at least partially, and support companies that push humanity forward. I tip my hat all of those engineers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and visionaries who are taking the chance - not just for financial gain but because they strive to make the world a better place. I have tried, and still try, to toward that goal.

They said the quiet part out loud. Compete with Musk and you will (probably) fail. Because he's willing to bet everything on success. Not many billionaires are willing to flirt with bankruptcy over and over and over. LVMH surely doesn't lmao. There's plenty of paths to wealth. Consumer electronics, energy + beverage companies are much more passive but as we can all plainly see - they work too. Much safer, more boring but it works.
