Synecdoche, New York is a beautiful film filled with a number of great performances, none better than Philip Seymour Hoffman. The story about an ambitious theater director in way over his head, I’ve always felt like this film doesn’t get talked about enough. Hoffman is top tier.

I'll say it as loud as possible for anyone that likes Banshee. Watch 'Warrior'. Same showrunner/crew and it's based on a concept written by Bruce Lee before he passed. There are bunch of legit martial artists-turned-actors doing a western style story about the battle for the Chinese criminal underworld of San Fran during the old west. Fight scenes are the best you will see on television, the storylines rock and the dialogue is badass. And, lucky for us, it's coming to Netflix Feb 16th
