@BethanAngharadL @Warwickshire_CC I appreciate that this video has been heavily edited. However, from the words shared here, these people at minimum need urgent training in both compliance with the Equality Act and in SEN. If I were to be unkind, they need help with human compassion too.

@Warwickshire_CC As a dad with a kid who has special needs , this is beyond words - they need to spend a day in a SEN school to see how unique , amazing and most importantly human these kids are ; and what an amazing job the staff do with them. Not just 'shut off' as that guy seems to want

@Warwickshire_CC I’m 65. Retired now, but spent my entire working life in the education/children’s services sector, starting as a teacher in the early 80s. I’ve seen awareness of SEN develop hugely from what I remember from my childhood. Genuinely shocked by this clip.
