If you object this, then I suggest you abstain from using X, Google Products, Microsoft Teams, most Unity / Unreal Games, etc... 2) Using AI as a developer is not ONLY widely accepted, it is also encouraged - AI used within an OPTIMAL (keyword) programming workflow that prioritizes proper QA measures can significantly cut down on wasted time. Less wasted time = more time working on the stuff that actually matters 3. Unlike generative AI used for art and media, AI is trained specifically on open-source, publicly available code.

ai being used in coding contexts is not the same as ai being used in "art" generation. ai has no place in art, but code isn't art, it's best practice and function. they have different philosophies behind them and most programmers utilize ai to some extent now

I'm a software engineer. Programming is not a creative area, it1s not art. even before AI, the biggest part of programming alway was copying someone elses code from stack overflow and adapting a little for your use case if needed. Code culture was always like that.
