Was Anas Sarwar given assurances about Grangemouth by Keir Starmer or did Sarwar just make it up? That's the question now hanging over the Scottish Labour leader after Brian Leishman's comments on The Sunday Show. Either way is bad for Sarwar who's either a naïve dupe or a liar.
