I've gone through Ājurrūmiyyah and Mufradāt Alfāẓ al Qurʾān, but I've never gone through Sībawayhi's al-Kitāb in full (only excerpts). Are there any full translations in English? I'm aware of Gustave Jahn's German translation, but English would be preferrable as it's frustrating to have to look up the meaning of each individual word that I'm unfamiliar with (e.g. "Gemüt(h)sbeklemmung"). It's also easier to share excepts in English rather than German.
