He could have just complied, and it wouldn’t have come to this.

John and Mayme Surrency were murdered the day before Thanksgiving 1936. Garland Headley was tasked with prosecuting the three men involved. What he uncovered sent him and his family fleeing the United States. What did John and Mayme know that led to their murder?

No way to know from just this clip. If he had committed a dangerous felony (e.g. murder, rape) and was attempting to flee? It's entirely justifiable. If it was something not of a matter of death or serious harm, probably not justified. Much more info needed.

NEVER trust a hoodie. Ever.

Do you get the feeling:The cops ENJOY this? Killing folks? They get a sadist kick out of it?

That thug got what came to him give that officer a medal

Yes, a vehicle is deadly weapon. He looks black so very justified.

If the cop didn't shoot him, he would've driven off and got into a high speed chase that would've endangered innocent people's lives.

Oh! Ohhhhhhhhh stfu dummy

If you start avoiding arrest from a police officer and your most likely a scumbag already known to them. You’re gonna get lit up. Guys a fucking dumb ass.

According to western values the man desersved to die...right @charliekirk11

Criminal Tube Cop used non-lethal twice, first with taser and second with collapsible baton, both failed, so he went lethal and smoked his ass. Cop was cleared as shooting was ruled justifiable force. This low IQ MF’er could’ve complied but didn’t. His fault and he’s dead. FAFO
