This is how I see it. Honestly, I can't tell what kind of dog that is, but it doesn't really matter unless it's a totally vicious dog, because he slammed that package at the dog. It's very possible he was in fear of getting bitten. Fighting with a client over the situation means automatic termination. Anyway, how do you say this?
