Damn no tip on a $400 order… these people are doing your groceries for you cuz you’re too lazy to go or too busy. Tip then something for saving you time or for helping you when you needed it.

The app doesn’t inform you of the AMOUNT of items being delivered. They pocket their forty percent and leave you with the crumbs while breaking your back…. I’d be upset as well especially since the customer KNEW how big her order was and decided to be selfish!

Ofc she was wrong. Her company should pay her proper money. Tips aren’t mandatory

On a $400 order that woman deserved a tip. It takes time for her to have shopped for those items, packed and delivered them. Am sure she picked that order with the hopes that her efforts would result in a good tip, which it didn't unfortunately.

tips are a luxury, if the position isn't paying enough that is up to the driver and the service they work for. It is not the customer's problem, nor is it something to be mad at the customer for.

1) call the police, report the food order you placed is stolen property. Demand her arrest. 2) tell them you're heading up to the store to deal with it yourself, they will rush to prevent a clash and deal with her first. 3) file theft report, grand larceny, don't drop charges.
