Was the 1980’s really this nostalgic…??

Yep. I graduated high school in 1989 and I could not imagine growing up in this world today! My kids always say “You were so lucky to grow up in the 80s”.

I remember the late 80s and yea this is very nostalgic! Great times for sure! My parents were considered “street-light” parents. Had to come home when the street lights came on. We rode our bikes all day and drank water from a hose! Like I said, the good ol days.

Absolutely, it was! The greatest time to be alive!

Yes! It was just a peaceful time in America and we didn’t have smartphones so we did all our connecting in person. There was a lot of hope and optimism. I wish times were like that now

The 60s, 70s and 80s were a great time to be alive. The 90s took a turn for the worse and it all went to shit. The music really suffered and with the technology, social interactions have become nonexistent.. Everyone has their attention on their phones and not their surroundings.
