@ProteasMenCSA I don’t think it hurts to have bowlers in the ascendancy occasionally. It IS part of test cricket after all.

@ProteasMenCSA Let’s just overlook the fact that the pitch itself only removed 3 or 4 batters. Rest were out to poor technique and weak mental application. Lack of pitch variation and T20 contribution to this is massive

@ProteasMenCSA This is the way pitches need to go to save test cricket- every ball a contest - not flat roads and the same pitches everywhere we go. It was not a sub standard pitch by any stretch- plenty of sub standard test match batting

@ProteasMenCSA Slightly too far in the bowlers favour but only just. Test cricket is much better to watch when batting is difficult. Only the very best batsmen should succeed consistently. Cricket needs decks with variety. Aus/SA = fast and bouncy, Subcontinent = spin, UK/NZ = green seamers

@ProteasMenCSA The pitch was farcical the groundsmen should be fired. The venue and tv lost millions in revenue. 2-3 days of ads down the drain
