Lowering standards to meet diversity quotas? Competence should be the only measure in critical fields like social work. What matters is the ability to do the job, not the color of your skin. Let's focus on raising everyone's level, not lowering the bar

Statistics aren’t racist. Ignoring statistics because you think they’re “racist” and lowering the bar for certain people while discriminating against another…is actually racist though.

In every field, competence is far more critical than "diversity."

“Equity” continues its rapid destruction of meritocratic-based systems.

When you lower or remove HS graduation or college admission requirements, this is the outcome.

I support anonymous applications, merit and skill should be the standard. Let the education, work history and test scores, not the name, gender, nor the color be considered for Job applicants.
