Information to Investigators who spent 1 day on a fishing vessel and told complete lies by the captains so that they would limit the licenses because they didn't want others to be able to compete for the hauls. These Captains weren't smart enough to realize how they were killing an entire industry with their greed. Saw this happening 25 years ago.

As a physician, I believe in transparency and the fundamental right to hold manufacturers accountable. The 1986 law has made it nearly impossible for those harmed to seek justice.
