We can’t fix healthcare by pouring more subsidies into a broken system. Premiums keep rising, families keep getting gouged, and insurance companies keep raking in record profits. It’s time for real solutions such as empowering patients with HSA’s and focusing insurance on catastrophic incidents, not everyday use. Let’s rebuild a system to better service the American people.

She wants to get her patients healthy with the full range of options: diet, exercise, preventative medicine. Yet all the system wants to pay for is more pills. Americans keep getting sicker. Only health insurance profit margins get healthier. The solution? End anti-trust exemptions for health insurance companies. Let the competitive marketplace flourish.

While this may not be a traditional fight for me, it’s obvious that too many Americans are being hurt and forced into medical debt or bankruptcy by a Healthcare System so greedy that hospitals and insurers hide their actual prices so they can charge us whatever they want. Their “estimates” are bullshit and the corporate greed in American healthcare is breaking people and families across the United States. I’ve seen it countless times in my own community where I have friends, family, and neighbors who are afraid to even get the care they need because the entire system, without real prices upfront, is dishonest and rigged for corporate profit. Time to hold these healthcare bullies accountable. Power to the people… Power to the Patients. Power to the Patients
