Wastage mentality

We really didn't learn from COVID. Everyone was affected, but not everyone learned. We held weddings virtually, and marriages still happened. Yet today, we've returned to extravagant, expensive weddings. Perhaps the pandemic taught us lessons we were never willing to retain.

We need to break this cultural hold of spending money on celebrations.....wanton waste.
