I saw one of those in a pawn shop in the 80's for 70 bucks, should of bought it.

Extreemely rare. I had a different style, called "Knuckler" or "My Friend". A "knuckle duster" that was also partly a brass knuckle. Fired .22 rim fire. Was meant as a concealed carry piece. Popular with gamblers in the 1860s after the war.
