I love @FriendsTV, Jen and David (know the lines by heart). It still doesn't change the fact that they are terrible in their delivery processes and customer service. They are awful. @ubereats @Uber_Support #CustomerSupport #CustomerExperience

Please take note of the following.‼️ We had a delivery for us through Uber Eats, and the guy who showed up was from Malawi. He's not the same person as the one on the Uber Eats profile. He told us he lost our order. We asked him to transfer our money back, but he said there's no option to do that. We told him to contact Uber Eats because he lost the order, but he responded with an attitude.
