According to a senior Department of Homeland Security official, ICE officers tried pulling an illegal immigrant over before he tried to evade arrest. "He attempted to evade arrest and rammed into a United States Postal Service vehicle before fleeing on foot into an apartment. After refusals to come out, law enforcement entered the apartment," the official told the Independent. "The target escaped and remains at large. Two other aliens from Mexico were found inside the apartment and taken into ICE custody at the scene." This incident is much bigger than it first appeared and I’ve obtained all of the available video. ICE agents detained an illegal alien and as they were taking him away, a relative with a bloody nose tried to grab the detainee. In the second clip, one of the group reaches for the firearm of an ICE agent and gets punched in the face. The agent says one of the women assaulted him and he had to wrestle with the torta for several minutes before she was finally detained. I’m waiting for a statement from ICE on the incident.

ICE says it makes no sense for sanctuary policy to ban transfers inside the jail, where it is safer for everyone. In this case, six ICE officers had to show up to apprehend the uncuffed TdA gang member after he was released from the jail.
