I mean to say that if a road has completed 4 years, with its durability being 5 years, maybe potholes will form after 4 years. But if there is a road that should not have deteriorated for 4 years but is now riddled with potholes within 6 months, then it is wrong. Action should certainly be taken. But I don't think there is any road in the world on which potholes do not appear. No such technique has come to PWD's notice." (09.07.2025)
