Crime intelligence head, Dumisani Khumalo, is reviewing CCTV footage that shows Sergeant FE Nkosi, attached to organised crime under DNC Shadrack Sibiya's command, visiting Katiso Molefe's residence on November 27 last year, 10 days before Molefe's arrest. Msibi and someone called Shaun Jacobs were involved in Cannabis production. Commissioners and Advocate Chaskalson obviously call it Dagga and weed. 😂 I'm using a medicinal name. He says it appears the license from SAHPRA came after production had already started. I wouldn't automatically frown upon Cannabis production for medicinal use. I once dreamt of getting involved in the industry myself, and did research, and discovered how highly regulated and gate kept the industry is, especially through the cost of the licenses which are not easily affordable. But anyway, it seems Msibi and them were involved in almost everything you can think of. #MadlangaCommission

He added that the suspects were apprehended with an unregistered truck loaded with military camouflage uniforms and cartons of substances suspected to be illicit drugs allegedly heading to the Southeeastern part of the country.
