Why is anyone still flying Air Canada? Years ago had nothing but problems which I don’t have with other airlines. As if we needed another reason to not fly with them

I’m old enough to remember when flying was a great experience and the customer was always right. People happy to be going somewhere. Now everyone is stressed from the sec they step on airport property and it results in this.
It looks like the aircraft is still at the gate! Hence, the ground station should interfere and take action! Air hostess not allowed to scream and shout at the passengers! Fire up her on spot
