Immigration solicitor Irim Ali, who is a Newcastle Labour Councillor offered to fix a visa for illegal migrants for a price.  For £1500 Ali would petition the Hole office to grant visas to migrants exploiting loopholes in the Human rights laws & favours from friends in the Home office.
