Well practiced liars. They have been through training for this. Should be charged by the committee. These people have to made accountable. They are playing that committee for fools.

Prime example of people knowing the answer but not being able to say the answer because their bosses have told them not to admit the answer because if they do they will get the chop, so they have decided that pretending to be stupid is a better option than giving the answer.
