This is the kind of weaponry plus targeting info now available to 3rd-tier nations. Rockets and drones can be built anywhere. IMHO this is related to why the B-1s left the UK. We are in a new world, and the era of forward-positioned forces, from tactical FOBs to USAF air bases in the UK, is drawing to an end. Every lightweight actor gets to punch the heavyweight champ right in the face, hard, and he can't stop it. He can only back far away, out of the ring.
