🚨#UPDATE: had to do a little fix after doing more reading At first reports they were saying it was a portable charger Power Bank it was confirmed it was a cigarette lighter that caused the large explosion so I do apologize for that little mistake. But that's a good reminder to not leave your lighters in a dryer!

There’s no way a cigarette lighter would cause that!

There was a natural gas leak in the laundry mat dryer system. Commercial clothes dryers use natural gas. Lighter ignited the gas.

The newspaper from Galicia says the customer distractedly put un "clipper recargador de mecheros" in the dryer which suggests it was the lighter AND the refill can. Oops!!! Source

Must have been a full can of butane. No lighter would do this. Something really stinks on this.
