They turned their vehicle to leave—at that point, your agents sprayed pepper spray out of their vehicle and into driver side window of this family’s vehicle. Is it proper procedure to aim pepper spray into the window of a moving vehicle? Scott: No. Magaziner: Were any of your agents investigated or disciplined for this? This aerial footage captured in Mt Hampden highlights the alarming disregard for basic traffic laws by some motorists on Zimbabwe's major roads. According to the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe and the Highway Code, drivers approaching a level crossing must come to a complete stop and check for oncoming trains before proceeding. A car belonging to residents in the area had just pulled in behind the crowd of anti-ICE protesters and was unfortunately stuck in the crossfire when of tear gas, flash bangs, pepper spray, and pepper balls as a result. There were kids in the vehicle including a baby. I gave them all the Sudecon wipes that I had on me, and police, fire, and paramedic came soon after.

Reports from passersby are that the driver lost control, veered off the roadway and crashed into a gully, leaving the vehicle damaged.
