A car belonging to residents in the area had just pulled in behind the crowd of anti-ICE protesters and was unfortunately stuck in the crossfire when of tear gas, flash bangs, pepper spray, and pepper balls as a result. There were kids in the vehicle including a baby. I gave them all the Sudecon wipes that I had on me, and police, fire, and paramedic came soon after.
