As we examine the screen shot frame for frame, you can see his crosshair being dead center on the enemy. The only reason why it doesnt register is because the enemy slid, resulting in a barely missed shot. This is not the first time we caught this player hacking, not surpsised.

There is no such cheat as aim assist + only aim lock. If this was actual hacks instead of the aim assist dragging on the player it would instantly lock onto the player through the wall, I can recreate this clip myself with actual cheats and debunk your whole claim

There are settings that allow you to customize your aim assist level, you should know this. It's very hard to detect aim assist hacks cause it looks realisitc most of the time. This is similar to TLE vs LG in MM, when Zyrax's aim assist tracked an enemy through multiple walls.
