Rule No 1, when going to change money snap the bill's serial number. Rule No 2 Once money changes hand, don't collect it back unless you check the serial number snapped or written down.

If this was not staged, The person With the Camera should be Jailed.

The guy is the one with the fake dollar he flip it over and cover the one the guy gave him with the cash left on his hand people are heartless indeed

The guy duped her, cos when she gave him the $, he put the $ under the naira notes and flipped it over to return the fake $ to the girl.

The girl’s money was never checked whether it was fake or not because he flipped it immediately. Whenever you are changing money, make sure the money changer had nothing else in his hands before you give him ur hard currency. He had a fake $ behind the extra Naira in his hand.

Always have a single-trusted BDC person regardless the exchange rate. Ensure the transaction happen in his office or in a banking hall (very important). Take pictures of your serial #. Never meet a BDC agents on the street or in a corner, many of them are dishonest. Stay safe!
