man, these animated network visualizations are always a treat to watch

Agree! Very curious how much better these can be made too. File graphs feel far from the optimal visualization of a codebase.

is this a good or bad thing? Having 3 million lines of code and saying “works“ is kind of broad… is there a lot of technical debt on this and what sort of issues or bugs are there that are either untested or Unknown?

There are definitely lots of issues! This was an experiment in pushing the frontier of what coding agents can do. The result is very very far from production software.

this type of shit is why i cant afford a new pc

would be great to see this within the ide, along with the token usage and multi agent support

Working on it :)

I have added similar commit history visualization last month in

how much was this in tokens?

We need this visualiser So cool Literal Art

absolutely insane

But the question is, does it work?

that visualization looks stunning

The hype must continue

The only thing I can say is that I like graph viz too

nice work! how to maintain multiple agent for such a long time. Will the method be released to the public?

Lots of work on the harness / orchestration. Details here:

thanks!

It’s cool as hell, but I dont get the emphasis you always put on 3M+ lines. We’ve known for a long time that lines of code is not a measure of anything. In fact it would be much more impressive if it was done in half of that.

@grok what am i looking at - explain like i'm retarded

What’s this visualizer?

rust rendering engine from scratch in a week is nuts, imagine what gpt-7 could do with a month and some gpus

@davidbau

This visual is epic. Is each node a main feature or file? And the edges are the usage of it?

so cool. how was this done? i want to visualize my agents work over time like this.

That's impressive! Talk about speed.

What's that video rendered with

what is this visualizer tool

like a timelapse of mold growing in that glass tupperware in your fridge.

I'm more curious how you built such a great visualization 🤔

Curious how you did the visualization

Art of creation

Wish cursor worked that well on users side Sadly it doesn’t so everyone moved to Claude

Cursor's 3M+ line browser codebase utilizes KV caching and prefetch strategies to maintain sub-second latency across massive file structures. Embedding-based semantic mapping paired with MoE parallel agents enables context-aware navigation.

look like big bang 😅

How many tokens and how much was spent?

The visualizer is next level 🔥.

@martin_casado Out of curiosity what’s the similarity between this browser and the chromium/firefox codebases? and how well does this work if you ask it to build say an excel or word clone instead?

Would love to see a detailed overview of this, the last article didn’t do it justice.
