Height of desperation by @kharge @INCIndia. When you can laud @RahulGandhi for LS result where u got 99 seats then you lose why blame poor EVMs. You want to loot the ballot boxes and cast fake votes like you have done in past. Looting of ballot boxes was rampant that time.

Pappu and company want ballot papers where 1) booth capturing can take place 2) make their goondas storm booths and start stamping ballot papers 3) destroy stamped papers and substitute ballot papers of their candidates - and that’s how they were winning earlier!
