I REPEAT - Kerala is the most anti-national state in India! After seeing what is happening in Kerala around needless glorification of beef, I am convinced Kerala was the first state that alienated itself from the nationalistic scheme of things. Kerala is the very first state to embrace Communism. No wonder the state’s politics is caught between Congress and Communists. I wrote this quoted piece long back and feel happy that I did and I can’t express in words how vindicated I feel. Kerala is the most anti-national state in India, and Tamil Nadu is not far behind!

I REPEAT - Kerala is the most anti-national state in India! There's a history in democratic politics across the country that any party that crosses the 20% threshold doesn't take 5 years to reach 40%; it jumps from 20 to 40. In these local body elections, we experimented by contesting every seat under the BJP and NDA symbols, and look at the results: for the first time, a BJP mayor is sitting in Thiruvananthapuram," says Union Home Minister Amit Shah while inaugurating the 'New India, New Kerala' conclave organised by Kerala Kaumudi.

Unfortunately, the LoP did not understand anything about warfare and other things...I do not understand what the LoP was trying to say. Every two or three weeks, my sister Priyanka describes to me something new that she has learned from the people of Kerala. You have all these things here, so sometimes you take them for granted. You have natural beauty, you have an amazing political culture, you have multiple religions that live happily together. You are used to these things, and you take them for granted. So sometimes it’s important that someone from Delhi comes and tells you this - that you have the most sophisticated political culture at all levels. At the local government level, you have a superb political culture. Because you are emerging from a political process, and you are held accountable by the people of Kerala. And many of the young people here who have been elected for the first time must realize that you have been given trust by the people of Kerala. Respect this trust, cherish this trust, and defend this trust. And remember that, in the end, as a member of the Congress party, you are defending the Constitution of India.
