Out 365 days in year Judges work only 150 to 180 days only.. Pending millions of cases infront of court but no speeding up the process.. Crores of cash found in judge house no action on him yet.. No body above law.. milord is thinking God himself..🙏

judiciary breached its lakshman rekha by giving Mandamus to the President of India, the constitutional heads, against purview of article 32 where were these vocabularies? Also to add, what happened to SC investigation on the judges cash? That guy is retaining gov bunglow btw.

He may be right but what explains the different standards being adopted for different cases, in some people are asked to go thru lower courts and in others there is a hurry to solve own. Common man sees and observes everything there is lack of transparency and standard approach

Parliament cannot script a judgement of a court. Parliament can only legislate and hold institutions, including Judiciary and Executive, accountable. Judgement writing, adjudication, is the sole prerogative of Judiciary, as much as legislation is that of the Parliament. But frequently we are seeing that the executive governance is by judicial orders. When the government is elected by people, it is accountable to Parliament. The government is accountable to the people at election. There is a principle of accountability in operation. In Parliament, you can ask questions, critical questions, because the governance is by the Executive. But if this executive governance is by Judiciary, how do you ask questions? Whom do you hold accountable in elections? Time has come for our three institutions, Legislature, Judiciary, and Executive, to blossom. And they blossom best when they operate in their own area. While attempting to couch their language in such a way as to imply the right is wrong about everything, they fully admit that Liz Truss was completely snaked by the Bank of England and this raises a constitutional crisis in our country: Should it be the elected government who dictates economic policy or should it be the unelected Bank of England? This is a serious and weighty question to which there is actually an obvious answer, and they admit that the cruelty by which Truss was dealt with by the left was wholly inappropriate because Starmer's government is facing the exact same problem. It's quite a shocking listen because it reveals the sheer partisanship of the them-vs-us attitude of the liberal elites and their worship of the system as opposed to any normal Brit who actually thinks the country ought to work for the people first. If the system is not serving us then the system must change, but instead they admit the system decided it would take action against the government instead to protect itself. This is completely unacceptable, and they admit it.

There can be private schools and colleges, but there is a role for good-quality government education, and for that, the government has to put money into the budget for education. So that’s the first thing. The second thing is that you have to create an atmosphere where jobs are being generated - not just jobs in the service industry and the IT industry, but also jobs in manufacturing and small and medium industries - so that they can help in the development of the country and young boys and girls can get jobs here. I like the fact that the Commissioner posed a question on whether non-legal practitioners should practice law, she got it right and the candidate got it wrong. The Kenyan Law in all its forms, including ADR. The Judiciary should be deeply ashamed that they accredited masquaraders to practice law. The Council of Legal Ed. and Kenya School of Law should confirm to the public if they teach ADR and particularly mediation and clarify whether the Judiciary has capacity to include non-lawyers as CAM practitioners without their involvement as regulators. The Law Society of Kenya has a fully funded department that fights masquaraders, I propose they start with this judiciary masquaraders as a matter of priority.
