Crewe turned up not to play football but to stop Rovers from playing football. The amount of cheating aided by a really poor ref who was never going to give us a fair chance was what cost us. Next Season is going to start in a positive way as it feels like the negative is gone.

15 games ago I was worried about relegation. 15 games later I’m disappointed at not going to Wembley. You’ve done a fantastic job. Ps. I wouldn’t pay to watch Crewe. It was like watching 1990’s park football. Albeit effective last night. Well done them.
