Everyone is at fault here, including the police. The driver obviously shouldn’t have hit anyone, the rioters shouldn’t have attacked the car, and the police never should’ve let people takeover the streets like that.

Not “law and order” Riverside that has a sheriff that is running for governor. You are supposed to sit there, let them destroy your vehicle, drag you out of it and play soccer with your head.

During the hour long pursuit, Toedt called 911 and told dispatchers she was armed and would have to be taken in a body bag. The pursuit ended near the I-15 and SR-163 interchange after her SUV collided with another sedan. After the crash, three officers opened fire into the vehicle. Toedt was transported to a hospital where she died from her injuries. The driver of the sedan that was hit was not injured, and no officers were hurt.
