He knows everything accept how to run his department
It is an offence for public officials not to report corruption of which they are aware. The Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act, 2004 (Act No. 12 of 2004) Section 34 (1) refers. 🇿🇦

This one , wherever there is Crime, Jail , Corruption, he is always there…🤣🤣🤣
This guy is easily one of the dumbest ministers we’ve ever had. Always chasing attention, clearly lacking intelligence. If he was aware of any criminal activity, why didn’t he report it?
If you keep quite while there's a problem, then you're part of the problem. You can't be saying 'if'. What if you don't get called?
