In the recently conducted Senate Blue Ribbon committee hearing and even today in the House Quad Committee hearing, he has been saying that: that he is taking full legal responsibility for the legal and illegal repercussions of his orders. I remember in a press conference, the Senate President Escudero asked how can the Former President execute this statement. Is it safe to assume all these statements in support of the police and other law enforcement agencies are just mere words? That my citing “guilt is personal”, in reality he cannot really take the full legal responsibility. I wonder how many of our police took comfort with the fact that the Former President Duterte has their back? Iniwan ba sila sa ere? I appreciate the interpellation of Rep. Rodge Gutierrez, he laid out the fact that to claim he's taking full legal responsibility and insisting that “guilt is personal” are two very conflicting statements. All talk, no weight, huh?
