Mark Carney said Brookfield was playing by the rules. In reality it's the Liberals who helped create and keep the rules in place to make this scam work for Brookfield & against Canadian taxpayers. Those rules also didn't stop Brookfield from leaving Canada in 2024, to move its HQ to New York.
