Under the garb of commitment, excuses were made to go ahead and play with Pakistan. Pakistan has still not handed over the trophy to you. Today, Pakistan Cricket Board has taken a decision to boycott match against India. They are willing to pay a penalty, a fine and they are willing to face the consequences of all sporting bodies that our Sports Minister spoke about.
