That bye bye with a smile it's giving catch me if you can.

It’s my understanding that under SA laws the minimum sentence for the count 1 offence is 15 years imprisonment. The white lady judge used, quite exceptionally, her judicial discretion to reduce the sentence to imprisonment for 5 years. Malema will, of course, have the right to appeal his sentence. The SA judiciary remains, whatever anyone thinks, fair and respected. No one is above the law.

That judge is racist, 5 years in prison just for being Black? WTF??

@MonamaSolly Look how quickly he submits and waves to her 😂😂😂

Lighter note? Lol. He said he did that because he no longer has to see her ugly face.

what do you mean relieved cause he was never tense throughout proceedings

White blade runner murdered white girlfriend in cold blood, Reva. Sentenced to 9 years and now is eligible to compete in the US and internationally. Malema fires a rifle in the air, nobody hurt and is sentenced to 5 years? WTF!

South Africa’s governor-class puppets just handed Julius Malema 5 years in prison for an old rally stunt. Same system that can’t stop farm killings or feed its people suddenly enforces “law” on the one guy calling out white monopoly capital and land theft. Pure political silencing. Malema’s ideas won’t be jailed. Wake up, SA. #NotAboveTheLawMyAss

Things are Not as they seem Akere. A reminder... 📌

If there’s one about Malema I can differ with him on principle and position other than that this man has no match and I sincerely sympathise with him. He can be anything but he does not fake his sympathy. The man is empathetic something that’s unique in his personality. Long live

While the court case is valid, note that this is an episode in the fight between Julius Malema and the Afriforum. So far, it appears that Julius needs to fight more cleverly

Then immediately goes outside and calls her an "ugly racist" to his mob of zombies. 🤡

Why his supporters destroying shops in Johannesburg?

@gtoat_kb By a white judge the colonizers are doing the most

Some how this guy will be the president of SA day bookmark this...

@maleka_BP

@MandyWiener He must save that sentence inorder to meet the presidential position requirement. You can't be a president without saving a prison sentence🤪.

Black men are just caretakers of Africa. Where did our religion originate from? Where are our minerals manufactured and sold? Where did our rulers and laws originate from? Where did our educational system originate from?

@grok will he go to jail?

And then on another “lighter note”he said to his supporters he waved good bye because he was tired of seeing her ugly face🤷

Hilarious Spirit CIC Malema. This Constitution is well Respected. Strength and Courage Always.

South African Justice system is afraid of Juju ovious. Son of soil

White people are not our friends, dear blacks

Nobody is above the law. Being black in post apartheid South Africa doesn’t give anyone immunity from prosecution, not even in front of a white judge.

So basically anyone can now shoot into the air in ribald excitement...all fucking fun and games until people get killed?

For a member of the JSC to disrespect a presiding officer like this….?

It was a close shave, the larger- than- life CIC,would have been whisked away to Ebhongweni prison or not?Only a banter,Reds! It is still justice that he has been granted leave to appeal and it might be a lifetime appeal process-Stalingradism!

The shambolic hearing got her bowing more than once to seek credibility in the eyes of the public… meanwhile, her judgement seems to be premeditated and influenced by external entities with selfish interests. #StandbyMalema #EFF 🇿🇦 🇳🇬

Deep Down He's Hurt. He's feeling it now. No one will save him.

Okay let's get this straight his not going to prison now but he has been given a chance to appeal...is that correct

Not to a prison cell?

Nigerians are with you MR president 🖤

From 😠 to 👋🏿😀 within a split second. Unfazed Juju!

You can't jail a voice.
